Well if you make it using Hours instead of hands ...then you need to remember that in shorthanded/full games the hand count isnt the same. In shorthanded its like 60-80(100) hands an hour and in full ring its about 40-60(80) hands per hour
I would go 'hours' since that doesnt confuse the players(speaking of newbies here lol)
