That is correct- we'll be paying for all US players that had opened accounts prior to our announcement of blocking US traffic, and we'll be paying for any traffic which is not US.
I attached the letter we sent our affiliates; as you can see, 888.com has very strong brnading outside of the US, and we are sure that we can leverage this situation and assist our affiliates to bring non US traffic.
