Word from a VP @ NETeller is that this TOS was drafted before the legislation.
It more or less says that NETeller is not a bank, blah blah. Nothing to be overly concerned about is the general consensus.
Also funds in NETeller are stored in a trust account and are safe. NETeller is publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange. It was bad timing for them to change there TOS but nothing to be concerned about in accepting them.
