
There is actually a lot buzz about this right now.
It's sitting on senate floor waiting approval. However, there severan factors that come into play on it. The first is it more likely won't be before the full senate until after the elections. The senator pushing the bill from arizona is in a tight race.
The longer it takes the better the news seems to be getting. Just today a group representing 5,000 banks in USA came out against the bill.
The bill itself is crazy and almost unenforcable. Their expecting banks to do their own investigation into money transfers. The bill makes it illegal in the usa but there so many loopholes in it that it's not going to do anything because the government is putting the workload on the banking industry. Do you think their going to want to do it?
Still it remains interesting exactly what is going to happen if it's approved. How's it going to effect affiliates is such a grey area it's worse then one that exists now.
