I'd recommend Anthony Robbin's audio tapes over his books.
The books are long....... the tapes are condensed versions highlighting the more important points and you can listen to them anywhere..... over and over.
I never ride my mountain bike without a Tony Robbins tape playing.
The guy who certified me as a scuba diving instructor goes to the Anthony Robbins retreat in Fiji every year.
$10,000 US for a one week course and he says it's worth every penny. :blink:
