Thanks for your advice PPP. However I didn't want to complain about my SERP (I'm sure I'll be fine longterm), just wanted to discuss the pr/backlink update thing...
I think that Google is either making some big (and I mean BIG) algo changes, therefore letting some bs move to the top of the rankings either has made some real mess that started with the never ending update at the end of January and gets worse every day...

btw - how do I use this archive.org thing ? :unsure:
