Glad to be able to offer some helpful comments.
One other thing I might remark. The header of a site is valuable real estate. The flash header that you have is really a waste, and all that is doing is saying Poker. Consider making a small graphic and putting links and possibly a banner up there.
For a comparison, just look at PAW, and all of the information that manages to get into the top of the page without looking cluttered.. and it's still taking up less space than your header.
Since your header is flash, I think it can be shrunk down some without losing any quality, right?
