I have had no problem with Pacific payments. You have to submit your advertising package for approval first, and they usually would like the player to deposit $100 and play a minimum number of hands, at least so I'm told. They do have a bonus program where you can offer direct referrals a free $25 on initial deposit PLUS 25% from Pacific. The $25 comes rightout of your affiliate commission.
