Get more players via $200.000 Whale

For independent poker sites, this is the largest online poker tournament available. Every player’s dream is to win one of those. Promote the tournament, give advice on satellite strategy, do whatever it takes to make The Whale.

If you have seen this tournament before, you probably noticed that the prizepool was decreased from $250.000 to $200.000. It may seem as sad news, however, to be honest it really is not. It may even be good news and here is why.

In several months that the Whale has been running the usual player pool has decreased by around a 100 players. The less players, the easier it is to get in the money, right? And while the prizepool officially is smaller by $50.000, in reality it actually still goes around $230.000.

For example, last time when the Whale was held, 28 July, the total prizepool was $229.500 that was shared by 73 players out of 459. So, almost 17% players in the money!

Satellites start at $0.09 mark and $2.70 Step 2 but probably the most value players will get from $20 +2 Step 3 satellites. They lead the way to the final $100 +9 Step 4.

All in all, $200.000 Whale is a tournament that makes dreams come true. Use it to get more 888Poker players signed up today.
