In January 2005, a little site called PocketFives.com exploded into the online poker scene and has never looked back. Since then Pocket Fives, also known in the online poker scene as P5's, has catapulted itself to be one of the leading poker communities on the internet.
PocketFives.com has successfully taken the online poker scene and done for online poker what Bluff and CardPlayer have done for the traditional land based poker scene. With the launch of PocketFivesLive.com, online poker professionals will now get further exposure and coverage when playing at the world's largest land based events.
Because CardPlayer has the exclusive rights to this years WSOP, coverage may be a bit limited. But P5's Live promises to be the premier website for coverage of online players in future events. They will be posting chip updates, pictures, stories, and more comprehensive coverage of the "online pro's" than any other site on the internet.
In an interview with Pocket Fives President, Cal Spears, he stated "This is going to be our next big thing. We're excited about what PocketFivesLive can do for online poker and its players"
The staff at PAW would like to commend PocketFives.com on a job well done over the last 18 months. The growth that P5's continues to see month after month can only be attributed to the exceptional reporting and hard work of the entire Pocket Fives staff.
www.PocketFives.com is an independently owned website and is the internet's leading portal and community for professional online poker players.
