Empire Online and Party Gaming are finishing negotiations that looks to send $200 Million into Empires bankroll. The dispute began when Party Gaming decided to abruptly terminate their relationship with Empire. Empire had been a skin of PartyGaming, sharing tables for their players. Party then decided that they no longer wanted to be associated with a skin, and ended the relationship.

Empire cried foul, and in November released a statement saying they plan on suing to reclaim lost business. Empire claims that since Party ended their relationship while in contract, that they are entitled to lost revenue. Party Gamin who has been very tight-lipped about the dispute, has confirmed a resolution is in sight.

The deal has helped Empire all ready since their stock has been on the rise since the release of the settlement news. Empire has also bettered since the split, adding Noble Poker and Club Dice to their belt. Both have been signing up players at 23% a quarter.

With the settlement near, it's seems safe to say that both parties are happy for a resolution, and looking to move on.
