Carly how is it possible- i thought once you reached a certin level thats where you stayed?

now i get an email today telling me im getting downgraded because i did not send enough players this month?

bfuchs 05-02-2006 03:14 PM

that is ridiculous - can someone please respond to this?

Carly 05-16-2006 11:48 AM

Hi,

Please accept my apologies for not replying sooner.

If you do not meet the requirements set by your current Partnership Level during any of two 14 day payment periods, you receive a notification of degradation.

You still have two more periods (one month in total) to reach that target.
If you don’t, we must, unfortunately, downgrade you one level.
You can however just as easily move up again.

You only have to meet the requirements during one of the two coming periods in order to keep your current status.

Please let me know if you need this explained further.

Thanks,
Carly

its good how quickly they downgrade you but im still waiting to be upgraded, i pmed you the info before for the first period of march i was supposed to be upgaded to platinum but it never happened, 20 emails went by unanswered but now to downgrade me they send me emails.

P.s. can you let me know where in the agreement it says about downgrading i cant find it anywhere?

bfuchs 05-18-2006 02:26 AM

downgraded? frankly i'm upset - nothing says anything about this in the affiliate agreement nor does any other pokeroom downgrade you for not promoting them as heavily as before ??? please reconsider this because it is bad for us affiliates and bad for pokerroom (just like the issue with casinoroom and second floor games which is being resolved) in that affiliate will promote less after hearing this situation.

thanks and look forward to I hope a resolution!

You know aboutthat too, i love the way they told everyone, amazing huh, if someone deposits there you get charged the fees , then if they play on the second floor you dont make anything because there on the second floor?

That was the dumbest thing i heard this year.

But i do have to give Carly a thanks they fixed my account and it is now at the correct status

bfuchs 05-18-2006 03:37 PM

They did fix that issue recently where in the next month you will get credit for all the games.

Carly 05-23-2006 05:10 PM

Hi,

Please bear with us as we incorporate all casino games into the program. Since we are using third party software for some of our casino games (second floor) we couldnt launch immediately with all games included in revenue.

These will all be included from late May, early June.

Thanks for your understanding.

Carly

being downgraded

there still has been no reply made about being downgraded an affiliate level. There is no other program that does this!

Carly 10-06-2006 04:56 AM

Hi,

Just to clarify ALL casino games are now included in the casino earnings for players who signed up through CasinoRoom.com trackers.

If you do not continue to deliver players during a month, an email is sent out and then you are given another month to recruit the required number of players. If you dont do this, then you are downgraded one level.

Here is an example of the notification sent:

Since you have not met the requirements set by your current Partnership Level during either of the last two 14 day payment periods, you have received this notification of degradation.
You still have two more periods (one month in total) in which to reach that target.
If you don’t, we must, unfortunately, downgrade you one level.
Don’t worry though, as can just as easily move up again.

You only have to meet the requirements during one of the two coming periods in order to keep your current status.

Please let me know if you have any more questions on this.

Carly
