Hi, here is a question you can probably answer!

How come you get to put the name of the poker room in your URLs?

Other rooms forbid using their names, don't they?

Like you could never get away with www.partypokerbonuses.com, right?

So, is there an explanation?

Thks.

Is it ok that I own domains like -CarbonPoker.info, CarbonPokerBonuses.com ,CarbonpokerReview.com
The is no problem at all with you owning the above domains to promote CarbonPoker. The new affiliate page for Carbon Poker will be ready to use on the 9th of February, so will be able to start CarbonPoker as .Jearly as next weekend

see this thread for more info:

That is a quote from Ellen, just because some sites do not allow this does not mean ALL sites do not allow this. Even our beloved mod Holis is selling CarbonPokerBonusCode.com

So, there's your answer.

Do you like it?

This answers all you questions, right?

Thks.

p.s.... If the only purpose of your post is to try to make yourself look smarter and someone else stupid, post it somewhere else- serious questions only! Thanks

The underlying problem here is they can change there mind whenever thy want. let's say one of your domains is uot doing them in the serps. They will change it and shut you down without a doubt.

Also if they think you are taking ANY traffic from them they can shut you down.

This is a slippery slope if this room grows.

Hi there,

I understand your concerns, but honestly we want affiliates to support our new room, and we encourage our affiliates to promote us as a premimum poker room; thus owning these types of domains ultimately increase both the success of our room and our affiliate's profits.

We have no intention of removing domains from affiliates. We view our affiliates and the relationships we have with our affiliates as one of our greatest assets.

Cheers,

Ellen

I asked you for some information, and made a joking reference to previous posts of yours where you complained because you never got a chance to answer questions.

I have no idea why you think my question was merely meant to make you (or anyone) look stupid.

Obviously somebody else asked the same question, because you had a ready made quote, and Ellen saw fit to elaborate.

Seems to me I recall you snapping at other people in a previous thread when you had asked for feedback and you couldn't handle people pointing out your mistakes.

Nobody was trying to point out a mistake here - Just asking for an explanation for something that seemed unusual, and which I had not encountered previously.

If I had meant to be rude to you, I doubt that I would have said "Thks" at the end of my post.

Of course, you - yourself - said "Thks" and clearly intended to be rude, so I doubt you would have interpreted my behavior differently just because I was trying to be polite.

I don't go out of my way to make other people look stupid - unless they have tried to do it to me or somebody else I respect.

I don't recall any previous conflicts with you, so I certainly did not have "an axe to grind."

Shall we leave it at that?
