Poker Affiliating + E-book Affiliating
by Jeremy from Sitngonwin
In recent years, poker affiliating has exploded, causing the market to get tougher and tougher for new affiliates to enter. If successful, poker affiliating is a great career and can lead to a very wealthy lifestyle.
Everything seemed great in the affiliate world until late 2006, which is when the online poker ban took place. Many affiliates questioned the future of the US affiliates. Fortunately, many poker rooms decided to stay open to the US and as a result, there hasn’t been a huge effect. Now with things going well in the poker affiliating business, what can be done to increase profits?
Well, e-book affiliating is a great way to add to your profits. Poker related e-books can also up your player value. By promoting a good e-book, it will influence the purchasers to take their new skills to the tables, ultimately leading to more time at the tables. It will also help you to increase your real money players.
If a poker e-book is showing strategy videos or screens, then it causes many readers to follow in the same foot steps as the “poker pro.” The readers want to try their luck at the same poker room as “the pro.” So, don’t just throw up an e-book affiliate banner, send out a newsletter, or write a single news article on your site.
In addition, you should include a small promotion pushing the room that the “poker pro” plays at. It can be as simple as “download (poker room your promoting) today and join (the e-book poker pro) at the tables. This is just a little trick that will add a few extra players than you’ve seen before. This is a basic example, but coming up with unique ideas could push great success.
If you are looking for a poker e-book to promote, then I suggest “Sit N Go, N Win!” This is an e-book that covers sit and go and MTT strategy, and is authored by a proven poker player. You can view Sit N Go, N Win!’s affiliate page here: Affiliate Page Sitngonwin
