Throughout August, September and October 2009 Ladbrokes Poker is giving you the opportunity to win €8,000 packages to the Master Classics of Poker. Here is your chance to win a VIP Package to one of the most breath taking cities on the planet. Amsterdam is known for its amazing architecture, canals, museums, trendy boutiques and shopping and of course the night life. Thankfully, you will get the opportunity to experience it all.
The 2009 Master Classics in Amsterdam, takes place from the 9th to the 15th of November. Satellite winners will receive a full VIP package worth €8,000.

Terms and Conditions:
* At any Level (satellite or online final), any player can buy in for cash + fee.
* Any individual player can only win one seat at the Master Classics, Amsterdam.
* Ladbrokes Poker's package will include: six nights' hotel accommodation: The entrance fee into the main event of the Master Classics, Amsterdam, from 9th-15th November 2009, €820 towards travel expenses and spending money which will be credited to each package winner's poker account.
* No cash awards will be made from Satellite game seat wins to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the competition with the exception of the final, the prize for which is a Package to each of the winners. The only possible way for a player to be paid a cash award is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite or at the final to cover the cost of additional seats to the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any award will be determined by Ladbrokes Poker whose decision shall be final.
* Ladbrokes Poker reserves the right to buy-back entire Packages from players who have won a final Package for the Master Classics, Amsterdam Tournament. The price payable by Ladbrokes Poker to buy-back a Package will be €8,000.
* It is the individual winner's responsibility to arrange their own travel to Amsterdam for the event and to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. Ladbrokes Poker will book all hotel accommodation.
* It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that they are registered for the Main Event once qualifying funds have been credited to their poker account. Ladbrokes Poker shall in no way be liable should the winner not be registered for the event upon tournament start.
* By entering the Master Classics, Amsterdam Online Final or Satellites players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.
* By entering the Master Classics, Amsterdam Online Final or Satellites, players agree that, should they win a Package, they will wear Ladbrokes Poker Operator apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of Ladbrokes Poker management.
* Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of Ladbrokes Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
* Subject to the provisions of rule 6 above, the winner of a seat at the Master Classics, Amsterdam Online Satellites and/or Final tournament cannot sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer such seat to another person, and Ladbrokes Poker will not award cash in lieu of a seat at the Master Classics, Amsterdam Online Tournament or land based Final.
* As in all tournaments, players may not sit out. Players who are not present shall be "blinded off" and their hands folded until they have no more chips and are eliminated.
* All satellite games shall be Single or Multi-Table, no-limit Hold'em tables, following standard Ladbrokes Poker rules.
* The prizes will be displayed in the tournament lobby as registration closes for each tournament.
* Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the Master Classics, Amsterdam Online Final and/or Satellites and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of Ladbrokes Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
* Ladbrokes Poker management reserves the right to deny entry to Master Classics Amsterdam Online Final and Satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
* Ladbrokes Poker management reserves the right to change the rules and/or structure of the Master Classics, Amsterdam Online Final and/or Satellite Tournaments at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
* Players must be of legal age to participate in any of the tournaments.
* Ladbrokes Poker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in the Master Classics, Amsterdam.
* LEGALITY, INFORMATION DISCLOSURE AND TAXATION OF WINNINGS: Ladbrokes Poker jealously guards its participants' privacy. However, there may be circumstances in which disclosure of information to regulatory or fiscal authorities is necessary or desirable, and Ladbrokes Poker reserves the right to release information in such circumstances. Please note that Ladbrokes Poker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible to keep track of and report your winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Ladbrokes Poker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the internet is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must establish that your participation on Ladbrokes Poker is lawful in your own jurisdiction.
