On June 29, the AGCC suspended the license of Full Tilt Poker and ordered the site to suspend all operations. Games on Full Tilt Poker came to a sudden halt and have not resumed.

Today in London, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission decided that it was in the best interest of all parties to adjourn the hearing until September 15th giving Full Tilt Poker time to secure an investor. The rescheduled hearing will determine whether or not Full Tilt Poker’s gambling license will be revoked.

As it stands, Full Tilt Poker is not currently operating with their site stating they are undertaking maintenance. This means that Full Tilt Poker will continue to stop

Registering new customers;
Accepting deposits from existing customers;
Allowing existing customers to withdraw funds that are held in their accounts; and
Permitting customers to participate in any form of poker game play or gambling transaction.

Back on June 29th, all affected PAW affiliates were advised to cease promoting Full Tilt Poker and ensure that all their links had been removed. Due to recent developments we must reiterate this point until at least the 15th of September.
