Satellites to this promotion start on 15 March 2010 with two weekly super satellites. A $500+$35 freezeout on Sundays at 21:00 GMT and a $200+$15 R/A on Wednesdays at 21:00 GMT. (The re-buy and add-on cost of this super satellite will be half the cost of the buy-in).
