Are the stats updating new signups? The report numbers seem off to me.

I had to drop Poker Stars because of tracking issues that I could never get resolved. Just like many other programs, some people seem to have no problems with them while others do. I was sure something was wrong so I tested it myself. There was no surprise when I never received credit then either. After confirming it with support I knew I had no other choice but to drop them.

Frankly I don't have very much confidence in the integrity of their stats either. They failed the one test I have ran with them. That coupled with the fact that Carly can't find 2 seconds and let me know at least she is checking into my query. I understand everyone is busy, I am too. But it really pisses me off when I send a message to an affiliate manager, then she logs in several times after and doesn't even have the courtesy or business etiquette to let me know at least she received my message and will be looking into it.

I am glad I only did a test run on one of my smaller sites, now I don't have much work to do when I want to limit their exposure or take them down all together. They are not going to earn my business by ignoring me.

I have applied for a pokerstars affiliate account directly at pokerstars.com, hopefully that will work better...

Regardless where you are promoting at, directly through them or with us. If there are tracking issues, they will be the same all around.

The PAW affiliate account with your tracker in it looks the exact same as yours does. Likewise you can always request screen shots of your tracker in the account.

I might mention that my affiliate account is directly with Poker Stars and not through PAW. And if I ever do make the decision to go through PAW, it would be the one decision where I would actually have complete confidence in the tracking on PAW's end and no funny stuff going on. It's the actual poker rooms themselves that you have to worry about lol.
