Registration Process:
The French regulation requires operators to check the identity of the players and their account number. For this, the player has 30 days after opening his account to send a copy of his identity card (ID card, passport or driving license) + banking information. Upon receipt of these documents, we check them, and then send an Activation Code by mail (by post office) to the player’s home address. The player has 45 days to enter the code in the client in order to get the full usage of his account.
30 days after opening his account: If the player didn’t send his documents, we will be obliged to block his account. The player will not be able to play or withdraw his money unless he sends the documents.
60 days after opening his account: If the player didn’t send his documents by then, we will be obliged to close his account definitively.
